With over 25 years of HVAC experience, in January 2020, Chris and his wife Melissa decided that it was time to build their own business: The Little Guy's Heating and Air Conditioning. Chris is the owner and the man who assists customers out in the field. Melissa is the woman behind the scenes, managing all of the back office activities. They have two children: Charleston, who is 6, and Colton, who is 4. After watching Mom and Dad working, both children have picked up little pieces of the HVAC trade. Charleston enjoys making pretend appointments and they both pretend to fix systems. The Ortiz Family is fully committed to making sure every customer is satisfied with the service received and the work performed.
